    This was interesting to read:

    “Without making real improvements in local conditions” is the key defining characteristics of this rightoid groups funded by USAID to oppose anything that goes against Washington’s interest.

    Good article, I look forward to part 2.

    Interesting to see that ~30% only goes to aid, good figure to throw at people saying cutting USAID funding is taking food out of mouths.
