They ought to question their own fucking stupidity and why it is that they feel entitled to draw breath. Assholes have caused so much damage. I don’t know if we’ll live this down. This is going to fuck us for decades, if not permanently.

So, now is the time to remind them that some Dems will help, but no Republicans will…

But they’re not going to read this so:

“Hicks and four other families have been trying to figure out how to come up with the estimated $200,000 it will cost to replace their bridge. Even a small rain shower can make the river rise, stranding their cars,” the report states. “With Biden, Hicks said, ‘there was no hope’ of getting things done. He voted for Trump, but he’s still waiting.”

Where I grew up people just had walk bridges and when it was too high you parked on the road side.

You don’t need a 200k drivable bridge for your own private use, if you have one then you can afford the flood insurance on it. Government should have much higher priorities than that guy.

But most of the people affected by that storm aren’t complaining about a 1/5th of a million dollar bridge.

At 200k they can just buy two new vehicles and leave each one on either side of the creek…

Like, this is just insane, they could fucking build another house on the other side even

These aren’t the people that need help.

They voted for Trump despite everyone warning them things like this would happen. They just thought it wouldn’t happen to them. So I have 0 sympathy for those people. Let them enjoy the consequences of their actions
