Have you considered the possibility that all of those unqualified billionaires were made cabinet secretaries because they bought those positions as the heads of the agencies that had been getting in the way of them making unlimited profit? For the low low price of $1 billion to Donald Trump you can be a cabinet secretary. Remember how he took the tarrifs off Canadian cars right after he had visits from the CEOs of the big three? What do you think they paid to have those tarrifs delayed.
At this point you have to assume that everything he’s doing is corrupt. Ensuring is about looting the US and the world for everything is worth and enriching himself and his wealthy donors. He doesn’t give a shit about you. He’s out for himself.
