This Aug. 1 to 3, the Watsonville Strawberry Festival will return to give visitors a reminder of the many health benefits and versatile uses of strawberries while also providing live music, family activities and a whole lot more.

Once again, the city is calling upon artists to create a visual theme for this year’s festival. The annual art contest is now open through 5 p.m. April 11.
