California needs to seize PGE and slash the price of electricity. Heat Pumps will never take off as long as electricity rates are greater than natural gas.

Yep, my gas is very cheap, whereas I currently pay 50c per killowat. And we are going to see at LEAST 2 more increases this year by what the news says.
