I never understood the hype about jipjek. Guy says so much to literally say nothing.
I’m 99 percent sure you didn’t mean anything by this, but as a word of warning: “Jip”/gyp comes from a word used to describe Romani people. And that word is a slur.
It’s almost like calling Roma, the “n-word”
Of course MSM will hype the guy saying communism is the opium of the masses and that change is not possible because human nature, basically your average redditor but with some marxist-sh jargon sprinkled in there.
That is just any sociologist in a nutshell, not only slavoj shashlik
But Marx was a sociologist as well
I think it’s a bit unfair to say that about sociology as a whole. It’s an incredibly valuable field of study. Even many sociologists are extremely anti-capitalist, as well.
I think Zizek is more of a fascist cheerleader than an actual sociologist.
