did you linke the right article? it seems to only talk about the efforts of the west to obtain more resources for military construction.
That’s the title from the article. It’s basically saying that the west is pursuing military escalation with Russia instead of diplomacy, and the end result will be more austerity for the working class in the west.
i saw that; i guess the title made me assume that there was more to it.
