You need to not only have physical access to the target computer, but you need to be able to boot from USB on that computer.

The whole thing strikes me as somebody young and inexperienced getting their feet wet in the world of pentesting.
That just sounds like… modified Tails OS with baked in remote access, no? And why is it using netcat for that?
Anyway, I am not quite sure what it’s trying to achieve.
