For what seems like forever, I’d always had stock Debian or a Debian distro like Pop! Os on my machines. More often than not, I’d always find myself going through a needless installation process of the Broadcom wireless drivers, which I had to install initially for WiFi to work - and I assumed that’s how it was with Linux.

With gnome’s latest eye candy releases, I decided to switch to Fedora, and realized that it feels like it was made to work with every single hardware ever created. It runs like a dream even on my 2014 Mac mini for regular light use, as well as the latest mini PC Amazon can throw at us, without the need for a single sudo command.

For the majority of Windows and macOS users, the terminal is the hurdle towards Linux adoption. I feel Fedora is now ready for adoption by the masses.

It’ll only get better. 💪
