Fund them to do what? The US isn’t going to apply their emissions standards and we’re single-handedly doing 12% of the global gross emissions total despite being 4% of the population.
Easy. Fund bombs, then bomb the US into oblivion. No more pesky emissions or rising fascism to worry about!
