Blindly trusting anything as a security barrier is a bad idea. That being said, there is a growing view among security professionals that containers are not sufficient protection against malicious code because it can directly attack the host kernel. In less than a minute the staff asked the parents to control their child. 5 minutes later, when it became clear that the parents could not or would not control their child, the staff kicked them out.
