Let’s assume both sides are in optimal condition. Siberian Tiger average weight range goes up to 570 lbs, max recorded weight was over 930 lbs, average Lion weight range goes up to just under 500 lbs, largest recorded Panthera Leo was 825 lbs.
So at least in weight class, the Tigers should on average outclass Lions. It’s a real Manny Pacquiao vs Floyd Mayweather situation, except their fists are covered in blades.
There are more then one species of tigers though, so the tiger average should be lower. I’m not able to tell what species is pictured there though - if it is siberian, then ok, pretend I didn’t say a word.

There are also a couple subspecies of leo but I stated in my comment “assume optimal condition”.
