Pocket knife (actually use it multiple times a day), phone, wallet, e-cig. I think it would be a good idea to start carrying a small roll of electric tape as well. And i have a lot of pockets to fill with various junk during the day that get emptied multiple times.
I almost purchased a Seiko 5 years ago but didn’t. Now all the Seiko prices have gone up 3x. If I needed a new watch I’d probably still go for a Seiko 5 Field.
Yeah, they are very tough, but the strap it came with was extremely itchy. Also it drifts, not by a lot a minute or so every month. I wan’t a new one, but this watch still works and looks prsentable enough, so not this time. 🫠

This is basically what I have except my knife is a Leatherman, because pliers are so useful.

No choice pen or notebook?
I have multiple at work place, just some kind of cheapest notebooks and whatever pen. At hand there is always a notes program on the phone.
Forgot that I also carry seiko automatic watch.
