And I am sure this practice is exactly what he’s trying to “expose”. I’m sure he’ll allege that the way the government hires is too protracted, and more qualified personal end up in the private sector.

In short, he’s trying to run this department like one of his companies.

However, I think it’s a good opportunity to look at private sector hiring practices instead… Unfortunately, no one will
