The pilot project will run from Aug. 2 to Oct. 9, and allow those 19 and older to drink alcohol at 27 selected parks across the city.

    How the beaches and the islands aren’t part of this? It makes no sense. NIMBYism probably.

      Oh yeah the island! I never even thought of it even though that’s where I do the majority of my drinking out of doors.
