    If Trump wants what little and negligible trade imbalance there has been between Canada and the US to be rebalanced, all the US has to do is buy slightly less oil from Canada.

    But of course, they want to have their cake and eat it too.

    Which ends up being a huge tax hike on consumers – regardless of whether they voted for Trump. And of course it’s highly regressive, so all those people making less than $400k or whatever it is really cooked their own goose.

    I guess they’ll get paid in feelz.
