    I hope a bunch of trans service members challenge this in court, because it’s arguable that an executive order can’t retroactively change military policy that allowed trans service people to serve openly under their correct gender identities.

    Look at all he can get done with executive orders. Remember when we were asking Biden to do the same? Oh well, not like our sham supreme court would let that stand.

      With a respectable government, EOs are toothless when the next administration can just reverse it, as seen on 1/20/24. When elections are being done away with, though, they can be quite impactful.

      I mean Biden did pass an executive order to enforce Title IX to protect trans people the same way in accord with SCOTUS’s June 2020 Bostock decision
