It’s getting dicey, but these things do matter as much as they feel like they don’t because everything feels lawless.

Things only stay lawless if the law fails to be enforced. Trying to get through the courts is at least trying to do that.

The worry is that it’s all going to end up in the hands of the Supreme Court who are just going to hand wins to Trump anyway, making all this work moot.
