Yesterday I ordered something online and the order was instantly canceled. I went into the store anyway and there were multiples of the exact item I’d ordered in the very front display. The educators said not only had they not canceled any orders that day but they hadn’t even received any. Same thing happened today for an item I saw in store yesterday. As soon as the order is placed it’s canceled. The store I go to is usually pretty busy so I prefer online orders for things I don’t need to try on so I can skip the line and be in and out. Anyone else experiencing this or have any idea what’s going on? I did contact support but they didn’t have any solution for me.
