Leftover lumberjack food (potatoes, kielbasa, peppers and onions baked in the oven) that’s been in the freezer with cheese and sour cream. Leftover cornbread and a fried goose egg that had to break and ruin a perfect picture opportunity. Goose egg yolks love to break unless you are extra careful.

    Goose and duck eggs taste exactly like chicken eggs as far as flavor goes. But the amount of that flavor is more. Chicken eggs are 30% yolk. Duck and goose eggs are 50% yolk. A goose egg is 3x the size of a chicken egg. Which means the yolk alone is equal to 1 1/2 chicken eggs. So things are a lot richer. But the flavor is the same.
