But the strategy has failed, prompting Zelensky to change course and adopt a more confrontational tone.

This would be the right time for those congressmen including Republicans who support Ukraine to remove Trump from office for treason.
I don’t know that the strategy failed - it worked at least a little to buy Ukraine time.
I don’t know diddly squat about what Europe is doing with Ukraine right now. I know various countries gave significant amounts of hardware support, then the stories about that stopped.
I’d like to believe that Zelensky buying time was so that Europe could build up support. Europe, hopefully, is MUCH smarter than the authoritarian nations and not intetested in dick waving.
