I agree. The problem is not resources but control. With renewables, public transportation, bicycles, and plant based diets, we could sustain everyone without manufactured scarcity. Yet that is vilified as socialism, as if that is a bad thing. The means exist, but the system keeps a few in control even at the cost of collapse.
