While fast traveling I found an abandoned cart. Is that it? I’ve looked around and can’t find any hints that it would lead to anything. Does Henry really have the option of stopping to look at an empty cart?

It’s a seemingly random encounter but I’ve only stumbled on it in this place. Sadly I forgot to take a note or where it is on the map.
There’s nothing there. Just the empty cart. Which is unusual.
