That’s what I’ve been experiencing as of late, too. Inbound, where the Gippy Hwy joins onto the Monash is slows to a crawl, then picks up until the Eastlink merge, where it slows to a crawl and continues until around Warrigal Rd where (thanks to the added lane?) it opens up again.
Now I’m to try and avoid the impact I have to either leave at before 6am or after 9:30am in order to have a somewhat decent (sub-45 minute) run into the office; but at least I’m lucky enough to have that flexibility!
Definitely milk that flexibility as much as you can. Spending all that time and energy stuck in (and causing) traffic is not how we were meant to spend our lives as humans 😭
