Nice, how did it taste? Norma ended up being my favourite pasta at the italian restaurant I worked at. And I used to hate aubergines.
Very nice. I like the contrast between the tomato sauce and the feta. (This time my local supermarket didn’t have any ricota salata, so I used feta instead.)
I remember hating aubergines, but since I learned to salt them to draw out some of their water I really like them.
