I really love the way they show up and say the most generic pro-west drivel and vomit out the most basic statements against those filthy orientals those evil authoritarian governments as if they expect to actually inform or educate anyone here.
The libs claiming that tankies are an “echo chamber” is probably my favourite of their shibboleths, they just assume it must be true and when “tankies” disagree with them, they use that as proof it must be true. They literally cannot imagine that someone who has been fed the same propaganda as them their whole lives would be capable of actually understanding and reflecting on it, and questioning it. But questioning authority apparently makes someone a mindless drone who loves authoritarianism apparently.

But you see, they are all Independent Thinkers ™ who, for impossible to fathom reasons (ingesting the same propaganda from the same sources their whole lives and having shared class/caste interests among others like them), have virtually identical views about the world. And us folks arguing amongst ourselves about theory and practice are actually a hive mind because we’re willing to admit to wanting organization and willing to make bias conscious, instead of pretending we’re unique and neutral caricatures of ancient Greek philosophers.
Kind of wild how he kept letting things slip about how he considers Europeans more intelligent than other people, and how his Indonesian wife is “useful.” Not beautiful, not incredible, not the light of his life, she is “useful” to him. Because that’s the best an ethnic can ever hope to be I guess, important enough to Mr European that he decides to keep them around.
