Its too easy to dismiss reality as russian propaganda, and that’s what has made the war so easy.

LOL! It wasn’t Russia that broke the Minsk 1 and 2 agreements. I think you’ve confused the two positions — they are reversed to your allegation, which is totally unfounded.
