This is really confusing. If 40135 is 40mm x 135mm, then shouldn’t 18650 be 18mm x 650mm? Or conversely if it’s 18mm x 65mm then I’d expect it to be 18065.

agree, the ‘standard’ is inconsistent. Perhaps we need to make a new standard.
