I’m looking for a GPS for my car. Ideally one that can reroute if i miss a turn. Please don’t just recommend i get a smartphone. Thanks in advance.

All the 00s tech will still work (eg Garmins, TomToms, etc). They even make new products. You could also use a smartphone/tablet without an active cell plan by downloading offline maps via Wi-Fi when you have access to said Wi-Fi.
