    They’re literally trying to specify “non-consecutive”. Barack already had his two terms do is not eligible.

    They’re just throwing shit at the wall at this point.

      Oh. I thought since his third wouldn’t be consecutive with his first two, it’d be legal. I guess it depends on how they define consecutive.
