At the link is the Canon supplemental information about the verified supported power sources for every current Canon camera. Even if the page lists specific products (mainy by Anker), I find it very useful to understand the minimum power requirement in watt in order to power the camera during operation (not just installed battery charging). The stupidly expensive PD-E1 adapter that is pushed by Canon in the manuals is not needed (but this is well known I hope).

For example, an R6II requires 45W out of a wall brick or powerbank (verified by myself) and the R50V needs just 25W.

You can check if the camera is running on supplied USB-C PD power by the grayed out battery icon on the screen, opposed to solid white. In this mode, the camera will be able to stay on indefinitely (if not overheating and the internal battery has enough buffer %).
