TL;DR there seem to be some games that are not compatible including the Nintendo Labo VR kit. 99% of games seem fine.

The Jon-Con 2 don’t have the IR Motion Camera The Jon-Con 2 rumble is weaker than Joy Con

So you can play Ringfit on Switch 2, if you have the old joycons and a way to charge them.
