I think that Trump and his party are driven purely by personal benefit and greed. The policies of Trump and his cronies reflect this and show how they want to control all the wealth among a ruling class. However, I don’t see how deporting immigrants (employees) would help this cause

It’s a stepping stone to bigger and better things. Nazi Germany didn’t start off with exterminating Jews. The first people they exterminated were the mentally and physically disabled. When they got away with that, they began to expand to kill other groups. The MAGA United States is now getting away with disappearing people, without due process, by saying they are foreigners. Your demographic could be next.

For example, the immigration prisons, those are privately run, right? Free money. Musk’s Starlink contracts with the feds? Free money.
The rich will always find shady ways to get richer. Usually it’s really obvious, if you stop and look for it. Many of them are also racist and sexist, and some are nazis.
Because this is what their base wants. This is how they win elections in the future, by delivering on these promises to their base.

Then… how about you help them not be cheap and abusable? How does a path to citizenship, or at least legal residency (so they can have non-exploitative jobs), sound like? Getting rid of the cheap and abusable workforce with nobody else to replace them isn’t exactly any better.
We’re doing that, by deporting illegal immigrants, it makes it very expensive to get them a visa, and if they have a visa, then they have actual worker’s rights.

You do realize the number of migrant workers available is limited by law right? There are literally quotas for this shit. The process is also pretty ridiculous so they’re not gonna import legal migrants to work as farmers. They’ll either let you starve (something something supply and demand) or employ child workers like Florida is already trying to do.
That number is only for legal immigrants. Illegal immigrants are defined by the crime.

You’re always going to a chunk of political support by oppressing minorities, anyone considered ‘other’. A percentage of people are always going to hate, mistrust and blame the out-group for everything wrong with their lives, and this makes them very easy to lead round by the nose.
Stoke enough hatred, and people will gladly give up due process, human rights and social equity in the name of oppressing those they see as the enemy.
And once you can do that, large corporations can exploit the absolute shit out of the population, way harder than they could with all those pesky laws, regulations, oversight, etc. They can use slave labour from the concentration camps, steal the land and wealth from the people they kill or imprison, and they can rewrite laws to suit themselves, secure in the knowledge that anyone opposing them can simply be disappeared off the streets.
Biden was deporting more immigrants than Trump did in his first term WITH A WORKING GOVERNMENT. Trump can’t do more with less, so to appease his base, he is targeting particular people and doing extreme things to cover up the fact that he is deporting less.
Sort of like how he called his huge middle class tax hike during his first term a tax cut. He knows his base won’t actually check and will call truth tellers anti-trump liars.

Since they haven’t figured out a way to deport all the black citizens of this country, they want us to know that they really hate all brown people no matter if they’re here legally or not. So their hatred compels them to act like their true selves and try to kick out whoever they possibly can. They’re awful people, and history will remember them for it.

They are only deporting some of them to other countries, a lot of them ends up in border camps.
In America it is already legal to force a felony to unpaid labor in working prisons, and they are trying to change these rules to include immigrants in border camps.
Just like the KZ camps Germany put up in their neighboring countries, it will be working camps full of slaves, human trials with neuralink, torture and mass murder.
How else will they feed America, when they deport all the workers and put tariffs on imports?
