The stuff that probably got cut (I haven’t watched it) would be the borderline-porn and blatant-nudity. The inner covers have the characters fully or partially naked, detailed nipples included.

After getting through a couple books to the typical “hot springs scene” I had to drop it. I otherwise really liked the setting and exploration of the abyss.
