This is a serious question, please don’t be racist. Since Chinese tourists (and British in Eastern Europe) are universally hated and no one has anything positive to say about it, it makes me very sad. I have friends from the mainland that behave properly and knows how to follow rules. It’s sad to see people generalize an entire large nation as uncivilized, so does anyone have any positive or neutral experiences with them?
I’m not sure if this is what you’re asking but I met a Chinese tourist about 20 years ago. He was also traveling on his own. He seemed like a relatively nice guy, even when drunk. Not like “wow this guy is such a nice person” bu you know. Someone you could grab a beer with. His table manners were umm… different, but I attribute that to cultural differences. Oh and he liked smashing his fist on the table for emphasis and dramatic effect when talking about something that was important to him. He was obsessed with respect. Who respected him, who didn’t respect him, etc. He also had a deep and great love for his country, something he seemed to derive meaning and sense of purpose from.
