We are trying to leave Telegram, but we rely heavily on Send Later. Checking, it appears the system supports it, but I am struggling to find a client that has it built in. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Contrary to my earlier comment, I realized that both Monocles and Cheogram (both available for free on F-droid) have this function.
You just long-press the send arrow and it is an option to chose from the menu that comes up.
