This is unfortunate. My first NAS was an ASUS and it sucked balls to the point I made the switch to Synology and was able to get everything I needed working. Storage, external view access, connection to my apps. IDK what ima do when I need to move NAS solutions.
my first NAS was a synology and it sucked so hard I moved to QNAP, which sucked less but still was bad, so I learned to just make and use my own same mini server.
I still remember their support to open the SSH port to the public internet for their support team to look at it. fucking clowns.
