They absolutely have a foothold in so many places. Even in Ireland where the nation is hugely supportive of the Palestinian plight, the two main ruling parties of the coalition rebooted the Friends of Israel a few years ago and guess what: the Occupied Territories Bill - an election promise - has been cancelled.
Wherever you turn, you can see israel’s manipulation - parliament, media, everything that can inform the general public. Sometimes, I wonder if I’m just being paranoid…but I don’t think so 🤔.
Your comment has an example of how things get covered over: I live in Wales, UK, just across the Irish Sea from Ireland, and tbh I’ve never heard of the Occupied Territories Bill…why haven’t I…I wonder 🤔?
