when all the characters I like start dropping like flies, it makes it really hard to feel attached to any other characters. When that happens, I end up losing interest, left with only a bitter taste in my mouth.

S1 very much did that to me, so I won’t be watching the second one unless I hear it isn’t a tragedy. I don’t need a fairytale ending, but S1 was just one punch to the gut after the other. And I’m not into that.
