This is the n-th so-called “AI” created comic that’s posted in this style. Alsog as others have noted: inconsistent style/background between the panels.
How did you notice? I have to admit, that I don´t see any indicator for it, which worries me…

Inconsistency of the backgrounds is another big hint. A human would have just copy/pasted it.
