Authoritarianism is in fact, inherently bad. By definition, they are unopposed, and there is no formal law abiding way to unseat a dictator, or oppose poor decision making.

So let’s entertain the fairy tale of a civil war taking place from around 2004. How come only 28% of Ukraine’s East was for unification with Russia in 2013 (a figure that would only decrease from then on)? Ukraine’s West must have won that imaginary civil war already by then and before Russia’s 2014 invasion?
if you know russians tactic, when they try to occupy a region, they quickly shuffle thier own citizens to live in the area, to make it seem like “ukrainians” want to be part of russia.

Yeah, Worldnews on ml is mostly just propaganda. Like I dont know if we have any pro-West propaganda comms as bad as the anti-West ones. And yes propaganda exists on both sides. The pro-Russia/China ones tend to be a lot more wild and stuff. But for me it feels in regards to propaganda 90% are “anti-West” and the rest are pro-US or pro-EU.
Not saying info on US or EU is propaganda. At least for EU it is mostly on the contrary, but US has a lot of propaganda. That’s why it is important to do a little research if you are in doubt, because not blindly believing news sources is healthier. Tankies tend to often blindly believe anti-West sources.
