Staffers of the US Agency for International Development were instructed to stay out of the agency's Washington headquarters on Monday, according to a notice distributed to them.

this is only striking to me because your behavior suggests you’re trying to change SOMEONE’S mind. at the very least it seems like YOU think you’re saying things that make sense, or have some kind of internal logic.
