The developers at Full Circle said it wants skate. to be a 'living, breathing massively multiplayer skateboarding sandbox' that is 'always evolving'.

  Well it’s supposed to be free. So I think making it online-only is a way to make sure nobody can just cheat and get the cosmetics.
