I got it off Facebook, so I am not sure where it’s from originally… I suppose it’s possible that it’s AI. I am terrible at telling AI from real pics apart.
A couple other positive signs are how the face interacts with the leaf, and I think I can make out a reflection of the camera on the eyes. Or at least a some kind of tripod or handheld stabilizer.
