You may know WRC better as its former name, Dirt Rally. They announced they’ll stop working on the franchise completely.

No way EA manages to kill Codemasters this quickly after acquisition, right? I know there‘s other games they‘re working on, but especially nowadays announcements like these get me worried immediately. I like their not-too-sweaty racing games and cringed hard when EA bought them.

I hope this is only for WRC licensed game and we still will get Dirt/Dirt Rally game.
As a casual rallying fan this really sucks. I hope this won’t be the death of licensed rally sims.
