When arguing with white supremacists keep it simple. They don’t care about facts. They’ll never ever ever turn back and agree with anything you say. They’ll just pivot and use any point of evidence you provide to create a new lie.
What this looks like to the average idiot listening to that back and forth is “oh, I guess there is some debate on this” and that is exactly what white supremacists are trying to do with these lies. To add doubt to reality.
There is no debate. No need to debate straight up lies. Call them lies and keep them incredibly focused on having to provide proof. They’ll never be able to.
I think that arguing against posting factual information because some people are idiots is, frankly, idiotic. I appreciate people like op who take the time and effort to post the facts and educate all of us. Discouraging this behaviour is mind boggling to me.

I swear some people read one sentence and then decide they disagree with someone on the internet and start typing without even understanding what they are responding to.

Absolutely. I took some advice after watching this video on the topic awhile ago and if anything it’s at least improved my mental health.
I don’t agree with all the points he makes. But it’s definitely helped simplify my approach when dealing with these people spreading white supremacists talking points online.
