At some point soon you are going to have multiple words that start with “M” that you consider slurs. How will you specify which word you are talking about when you say “m word”? You might have to just type it out.
Simply saying a word is not the same as using it as a slur. It’s almost like how you say something and the intent behind your words is more important than the words themselves in some cases.
