Josh Turek of Iowa, Democrat, comes out with one of the worst anti-trans ads yet.
Not only is it an anti-sports ad, it proposes a ban on federal funding for gender affirming care. That would hit all medicaid and medicare patients, and any ACA federally-subsidized plans as well.
I think this belongs to !us_news@lemmygrad.ml rather than than here.
Fuck the Democrats
Ads like this are allowing me to do a pretty good job agitating my Trans American friends and acquaintances. I can’t seem to find political ads at all let alone democratic ones. So please if anyone finds some posting them here allows really easy access for agitation.
