Valve Index
Valve Index is no longer being produced. Remaining Index headsets, controllers, and accessories are still available at the new prices herewhile supplies last.
Please note that the items listed are sold separately and are not a complete kit. A full set of components is required to use Valve Index, including the headset, controllers, and base stations.
If you already own an Index, nothing changes - it is still supported on Steam and SteamVR. If you need help with your hardware,...
It costs 685.60 € with the controllers but without the base stations. They are not included and aren’t offered.
The cheapest way to VR is probably a used Quest you never let on the internet.
I thought you can’t even use those without an account. Is that not the case?
Not sure about the newer ones, but I’ve got a Quest 1 that is now unsupported and I can use that without an account. Even standalone with free games.
But you can also root the Quest 2 and 3 to use them completely without any ties to Meta.
