Depends on what you mean with “usable amounts”. Small sail boats usually have a small wind turbine mounted that charges the on-board batteries.
Yeah, I have one of those on my boat, thats why I am curious for a more household level of production, similar to what plug in solar produces
I think this Danish invention might be the best thing. I’ve not seen anything in between.
Due to the fundamentals of how wind power scales, it’s unfortunately unlikely to happen
